d0b55be2c7 OBTimer is fully documented. 
change how the timerqueuemanager makes timers fire recursively, so that OBTimer::halt could go away

fa8cefef63 add an OBDisplay class and the old ScreenInfo class to the toolkit. 
wrap the toolkit in the 'otk' namespace
it compiles. broke the timer cache tho.
