Mathias Gumz 00cca1284f Fix text rendering in rotated TextButtons 
A vertically rotated text should be checked against the height of the
button, not the width of it.

Fixes #1119 ("Toolbar cannot display full text of workspace/​clock/​window
title.")

Fluxbox is a windowmanager for X that was based on the Blackbox 0.61.1 code.
It is very light on resources and easy to handle but yet full of features to
make an easy, and extremely fast, desktop experience.
