Thomas Lübking c69d5afb64 show tooltips for tabs 
on the run (yes sucks, sorry) fixes a bug where windows were not
activated on hovering the tab (for focus-follows-mouse policies)

The iconbar already shows tooltips and I doubt the claim that (untabbed)
titlebars are "often" too short for the window title.

Fluxbox is a windowmanager for X that was based on the Blackbox 0.61.1 code.
It is very light on resources and easy to handle but yet full of features to
make an easy, and extremely fast, desktop experience.
