Jim Ramsay ae2d4b6b53 Don't complain on '-z' if there's no lastwallpaper 
This hides the odd cornercase of users with no lastwallpaper file and no
background set in their style or overlay.

This is a stable version of Fluxbox.

Fluxbox is a fork of the original Blackbox 0.61.1 sourcecode with
different goals.

Compile and Install:

  $ ./configure
  $ make
  and then as root
  # make install
