slakmagik 0fbb2cb73c separate functions and main code 
Transpose one function from main to the rest of the functions and one
block from the top of the script to the top of main. Add an 'End
functions' comment.

Fluxbox is a fork of the original Blackbox 0.61.1 sourcecode with
different goals.

Compile and Install:

  $ ./configure
  $ make
  and then as root
  # make install
