Pavel Labath 05b5974e62 Add comparison operators to FbTk::RefCount 
without them, gcc would compare them by converting them to bool first, which is not exactly what
one would expect. Frankly, I'm surprised it even worked without this.

Fluxbox is a fork of the original Blackbox 0.61.1 sourcecode with
different goals.

Compile and Install:

  $ ./configure
  $ make
  and then as root
  # make install
